ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Olivia Montagnet Franklin, and I am a calligrapher based in Jackson, Mississippi. I discovered calligraphy in 2014 and have been practicing ever since.

Calligraphy is an ancient art that requires time, precision, and care. In a world that moves so fast and becomes increasingly technology-driven, calligraphy stands apart as something intentionally human, and I value this so deeply. It has a unique power of turning something ordinary, like handwriting, into something beautiful. I feel honored to carry this discipline forward into today.​

My work is primarily rooted in the wedding world, with select commissioned pieces as well. When I’m not lettering, I’m a behavior analyst, a dog mom, and a proud wife.
