Processing Time:
Each order is made to order with care. Orders requiring shipping will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via standard USPS (or your chosen carrier) with tracking. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery Times:
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your package is in the mail, please allow standard postal delivery times for arrival.

Local Pickup:
If you’re local to Jackson, Mississippi, free local pickup is available—just select “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact me directly to arrange.

Damages or Delays:
I take great care to package each order safely. However, once an order has been shipped, I’m not responsible for postal delays or damages during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can assist you.
